Expropriation
Expropriated immovables in accordance with the Expropriation Law are registered in the land registry with an expropriation annotation. Thereupon, a commission is formed to determine the value of the real estate. In addition, reconciliation commission is assigned for sales and exchange transactions.
In the operation of the relevant process, the owners are notified of the specific price and the terms of payment in cash or in installments are evaluated.
